What to try at home

  1. Force restart. Press volume up, then volume down, then hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.
  2. Update iOS. Settings, then General, then Software Update.
  3. Check the battery. Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health. Below 80% with restarts under load points to the battery.
  4. Recent apps. If the restarts started after you installed a specific app, remove it.
